The next Business Contacts takes place May 24, 2024, between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. at the University of Münster's Oeconomicum/Juridicum (Universitätstr. 14-16).

By car:

Coming along the A 1 in direction from Osnabrück/Bremen

Take the Münster-Nord exit in the direction of Münster. Follow the road until you see the castle and then the district court on your right after approx. 5 km. At the next junction, turn left into Universitätsstraße. The Juridicum/Oeconomicum is on the left-hand side.

Coming along the A 1 und A 43 in direction from Dortmund/Recklinghausen

Take the exit at the Münster Süd junction in the direction of Münster. Then follow the road towards the city center until you see the lake Aasee on the left-hand side after approx. 5 km. After another 0.5 km you will see the district court on the left-hand side. At the next junction, turn right into Universitätsstraße. The Juridicum/Oeconomicum building is on the left-hand side.

Coming along the B 51 in direction from Warendorf / Bielefeld / Paderborn

After passing Telgte, turn right at the onto the B51 (bypass). After approx. 8.5 km, turn right onto Weseler Straße (last exit before the A 43). After 100 m, turn right again in the direction of Münster Zentrum and follow the road. After approx. 5 km you will see the lake Aasee on the left-hand side and after another 1.5 km you will see the district court on the left-hand side. At the next junction, turn right into Universitätsstraße. The Juridicum/Oeconomicum building is on the left-hand side

By train and subsequent transfer by city buses:

Take the train to Münster main station. From there, you can connect to various city buses that will take you to the Juridicum/Oeconomicum.

Buses 1, 9, 11, 12, 13 und 22:

Take one of the aforementioned buses leaving from platform B1 or C1, get off at the "Krummer Timpen" stop. The Juridicum/Oeconomicum building is directly in front of you.

Participation in the Business Contacts career fair is open to all interested students and graduates.

The Business Contacts career fair does not solely address graduates, but rather is a fair where the focus is on dialog between students of any levels and company representatives. This is why the companies not only provide information about entry-level and career opportunities, but are also available as potential partners for internships and working student jobs.

The next Business Contacts takes place May 24, 2024, between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. at the University of Münster's Oeconomicum/Juridicum (Universitätstr. 14-16).

The website with profiles of all participating companies and the talentefinder app form the basis of the advertising measures. The talentefinder app offers all companies the opportunity to get in touch with students before the day of the fair and to schedule interviews for the day of the fair. The Business Contacts will also be advertised with information stands, posters and flyers, the latter at universities in and around Münster as well as a large-scale distribution of giveaways. In addition, students will be informed about the Business Contacts in lectures and other university events. Advertisements will also be placed on social media, e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram, in newsletters and in event calendars on various career-related online platforms.

As a rule of thumb, the fair booths are 3 to 4 m wide, 3 m deep and 2.50 m high. If your fair booth exceeds the specified dimensions, please contact us.

Yes, for optimal preparation for the Business Contacts 2024 and the use of the talentefinder app, you will receive a detailed briefing on all the functions of the app before the event. We will let you know the exact time of this briefing in good time beforehand.

We will be happy to provide you with drinks and snacks throughout the day. You can also expect a buffet with breakfast, hot lunch, coffee and cake. In the rooms where the individual interviews take place, hot and cold drinks and pastries are available for you and your applicants throughout the day.

The fair offers an extensive supporting program with various services on the topics of application and recruitment. These include warm-up workshops in the run-up to the fair, interviews on the day of the fair and networking events such as the Career Lunch. Visitors can also take advantage of a comprehensive range of services such as cv checks and the creation of application photos.

The participation in the pre-fair program is included for all exhibitors.

Every student and every graduate can visit the fair without registering and obtain information at the fair according to their individual goals and wishes. However, participation in the warm-up and cool-down workshops as well as the career lunch requires registration. Information on the respective application deadlines can be found here.

Participation in the fair is free of charge. Throughout the day, the companies will be available to answer your questions about internships, entry-level and career opportunities and final theses free of charge. There are also no costs for participating in interviews and the career lunch. Only when using the application photo service do costs incur.

Familiarize yourself with the exhibitors and decide which ones are of particular interest to you. You should find out more about these companies in advance. Also think carefully about what you want to achieve with a visit to the Business Contacts and use the day accordingly.

Companies are looking for qualified and committed young talent. Therefore, find out in advance about the companies that you would like to convince of your strengths. This will certainly make it easier for you to have an interesting conversation with the company representatives. You can find detailed exhibitor profiles here.

In most cases, the exhibitors do not ask for application documents at the Business Contacts. However, have your CV ready when you have scheduled interviews.

At the fair booths, you will have the opportunity to hold informational discussions with company representatives. A more in-depth exchange takes place in the interviews. The application period for interviews ends on May 21, 2024.

You can purchase hot and cold drinks in our catering tent. For lunch and snacks you will find local cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Juridicum/Oeconomicum.
