Registration

1. We are hereby registering for the Business Contacts on June 13, 2025:

The registration deadline is January 31, 2025 unless all places have already been allocated before this date. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you cancel your registration after January 31, 2025, 50% of the participation fee will be due. If you cancel your registration three weeks before the career fair, Business Contacts GmbH will charge the full price.

The Digital package (600 Euro plus VAT)° includes:
- Profile in the talentefinder App
- Profile on the career fair website
- Scheduling of interviews for June 12, 2025

The Basic package (3,600 Euro plus VAT)° includes:
- Fair booth
- Profile in the talentfinder App
- Profile on the career fair website
- Possibility of interviews at the fair booth

The Engage package (4,000 Euro plus VAT)° includes all services of the Basic package and:
- Placement of up to three job offers in the talentefinder App
- Participation in the Career Lunch
- If required and depending on capacity: one-on-one meetings in a room away from the hustle and bustle of the career fair

The Promote package (4,000 euros plus VAT)° includes all services of the Basic package and:
- Placement of up to seven job offers in the talentefinder App
- An exclusive social media post for your company in the run-up to the career fair
- If required and depending on capacity: one-on-one meetings in a room away from the hustle and bustle of the career fair
Bookable in all packages:

The invoice will be issued after confirmation of registration. Payment is due within 14 days from invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, Business Contacts GmbH only needs to render its service if payment is received before the start of the career fair. Other consequences of default remain unaffected. After registration you will receive the necessary information for the transmission of the profile page and logo for the Business Contacts website. The deadline for receipt of all required documents is January 31, 2024. Documents submitted too late can no longer be considered. The Promote and Engage packages are limited to 12 companies each.

The final allocation of fair booth will take place after the end of the registration period. Your desired location will be accommodated as best as possible.

7. Booth set up:

Your fair booth can be set up on:

  • June 12, 2005 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
  • June 13, 2025 between 7 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

To ensure that the career fair runs smoothly, please let us know on which day you would like to set up your booth:

       
8. Booth dismantling:

The fair booth must be dismantled on June 13, 2025 between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Storage of the booth material in advance or afterwards is possible within certain limits by prior arrangement. If the dismantling times are not observed, Business Contacts GmbH will commission the dismantling on your behalf and at your expense.

In the case of selection options, only the checked variants or completed quantities are considered ordered.
