By submitting this form, we apply for participation in Business Contacts on May 29, 2026. Registration is non-binding until written confirmation has been provided by the organizer.
The registration deadline is January 31, 2026 unless all places have already been allocated before this date. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you cancel your registration after January 31, 2026, 50% of the participation fee will be due. If you cancel your registration three weeks before the career fair, Business Contacts GmbH will charge the full price.

Invoicing will take place after registration confirmation. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, Business Contacts GmbH is only obliged to provide services if payment is received before the start of the fair. Other consequences of default remain unaffected. After registration, you will receive the necessary information for submitting your profile page and logo for the fair website. The deadline for submitting all required materials is January 31, 2026. Materials submitted late cannot be considered.
The Promote and Engage packages are limited to 12 companies in total. The Engage Package is limited to 8 companies, Promote to 4 companies in total.
The standard equipment for each booth consists of one high table, two bar stools, and one brochure stand.
The final allocation of fair booth will take place after the end of the registration period. Your desired location will be accommodated as best as possible.

The booth must be dismantled on May 29, 2026, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Storage of the booth material in advance or afterwards is possible within certain limits by prior arrangement. If the dismantling times are not observed, Business Contacts GmbH will commission the dismantling on your behalf and at your expense.
In the case of selection options, only the checked variants or completed quantities are considered ordered.
